Flexible Payments - Microsoft Store
Microsoft already offered flexible payments through Klarna, however they had just started a new partnership with Citizens™ bank. The ask was to modify the PDP modal, create a new landing page that detailed the differences between both options, and create a new landing page that went into more detail about how customers could use the Citizens Pay™ option.
From the PDP, a customer can click the link to take them to the Flexible Payments landing page.
